Usage des vêtements et armes improvisées

Stage de Systema, organisé par le Cercle de Systema et animé par Martin Wheeler. Exercices autour de situations de rue avec utilisation des vêtements et d'outils improvisés. Ouvert à toutes et tous, débutants comme avancés.

Le tarif est de 160€ pour les 2 jours, 80€ pour un seul jour.

The use of clothes and improvised weapons

Systema workshop organized by the Cercle de Systema and led by Martin Wheeler. The training will focus on street situations, using clothing and improvised tools. Open to everyone, beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Tarif: 160€ for 2 days, 80€ for one 1 day.

Inscriptions: online ticketing for feburary 2026 Paris systema worshop led by Martin Wheeler

No refunds will be possible starting one week before the beginning of the workshop (February 13, 2026). In case of withdrawal, an exchange with another person is possible.

Practical information:

Training sessions from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days. Saturday: doors open at 9 a.m., Sunday at 9:30 a.m.

Please bring a sturdy jacket and any object you could use in a fight.
